Where are you located?
We're a online-first brand company, and we print our tees right here in the States — Florida and Texas. No detours, no mystery warehouses.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. We currently ship within the US only. We'd rather open international shipping properly than promise it before we can do it well — when it's ready, you'll see it here first.
How do I find the right size?
Start with the size chart on each product page — it's there for a reason. We don't accept returns for wrong-size choices, so a quick check before you order saves the headache later. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at hello@anxiousandpawsitive.com and we'll help you decide.
How long until my order ships?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 days of being placed, and most arrive within about 7 days end to end. Each shirt is printed to order, so that window is when the printing happens.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry — that shouldn't happen, and we'll fix it. Email us at hello@anxiousandpawsitive.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days, and we'll sort it out.
